At checkout, you can choose for goods to be delivered to you, or you can choose our free "Click & Collect” in-store option.
Cost & Timings
‘Click & Collect’ is a completely free service.
If the item is available and in stock, our team will contact you the day your order is placed, or next working day to arrange a suitable time for collection. Our normal working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday for our stores.
If there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will order the item in for you from our supplier's warehouse. You will receive notification that your item is ready for collection as soon as the product arrives at your chosen store. This will take approximately 2-4 working days for whiteware and floorcare and can be up to 5-7 working days for small appliances. You will be contacted as soon as the item is in-store and ready for collection.
'Click and Collect’ from our Auckland Support Office
Our support office is not a physical store. It is a collection area for any items ordered online for collection at this location. Our team will order the item in from the relevant supplier, and you will receive notification that your item is ready for collection as soon as the product has arrived. The lead time for such items is generally 2-3 working days for Whiteware and floorcare items, and up to 10 days for small appliances, however, this is subject to availability of the product with the supplier.
Collecting Your Order From Your Local Store
Always make sure you have received the “ready for collection” phone call or email before making your way to the store. Please make sure whomever is collecting your order has their name reflecting on the order.
For your peace-of-mind, all collections will require some form of ID:
- New Zealand Driver's Licence
- Passport
- 18+ Card
If you have someone else collecting your item, please advise us in advance and provide their name. This will avoid problems at the time of collection. Just make sure they have their ID on them, as noted above.

Things to Consider with Click and Collect Orders
If you are picking up bulky or oversize goods. Please read these tips:
- Organise a vehicle that will fit your bulky or oversized product. If you are unsure, please measure your vehicle before you make the trip. We are able to provide measurements of the carton for you in advance for your trip.
- Bring restraints to safely secure your product. We can’t load your goods if it’s unsafe.
- Please be aware we can not help load large items to your vehicle, so please ensure you bring a second person to help you lift and position whiteware items.
Important - Please Note:
Many oversized products require two people to handle the load safely. Our team are there to help deliver your item to your vehicle if it is parked in our carpark, but cannot lift onto or into your vehicle. They also are unable to pack your vehicle for you.
