Usually we can arrange delivery of your new appliance within 3-6 working days, sometimes sooner and in the odd case a bit longer depending on your location and stock availability.
We deliver to customers Monday to Friday and up to 5pm. Our delivery fees for purchases made from our website are based on the most competitive rates we have from our delivery partners.
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Post Boxes. If we deem your order or anything relating to your order suspicious we will postpone the delivery until we can confirm all relevant details.
There are some conditions we ask you consider relating to the delivery of your new appliance.
- Rural delivery - Please contact us if your address is a rural RD address. We may not be able to guarantee delivery to an RD address or meet our normal timeframe for delivery.
- Delivery of your new appliance - Our delivery partners are contracted to deliver your new appliance to your property. Usually they will help to deliver the appliance to a garage or easy to get to door or entrance way. Our delivery partners will not install your new appliance, unpack your appliance from its protective packaging or help you lift it up stairs.
- Please provide with your order a day time contact telephone number so the freight company can call you before they attempt delivery. A mobile number is best.
- If our delivery partners attempt a delivery to your home and you are not home or for whatever reason the delivery cannot be completed we may charge you an additional delivery fee to deliver your appliance.
- If you reject the delivery attempt by telling our delivery partners that you will not accept the delivery/appliance for what ever reason, we have the right to charge you for the delivery fee, a second delivery fee if we have to redeliver anothe time and a restocking fee.
If you are based out of New Zealand and are looking to buy an appliance please contact us by telephone or email. Currently we are not able to sell to you if you are outside New Zealand directly from our website, but we may be able to help you manually. In this case we will require extra forms of identification to process any order and we do not guarantee we will be able to supply you in every situation.
